Shipping Domestic

Shipping is complimentary for most T.G.Novy products within the continental United States. These products ship via UPS or FedEx Ground/Express within 10-15 business days from date of order unless otherwise stated on the product page or for private commissioned pieces.

For private one-of-a-kind commissioned pieces, shipping will vary based on size, weight, and more. Please see the Commissions page to request a quote or for more information on commissioning a piece of artwork.

Shipping International

International shipping is available on many products, but not all. Please note all orders outside of Canada have a $200 USD purchase minimum. Custom private commissions for international clients are determined on a case by case basis. To request a quote, email tgnovy@gmail.com.

Returns

All purchases are final. In the rare case that one of your items arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged item and the original packaging that includes a clear view of the shipping labels to tgnovy@gmail.com with Return Inquiry written in the subject line.
